Does the strategy possess a verifiable live track record?
Yes. The firm uses 1 January 2024 as the official track-record inception date for both Algotoria Diversified and Algotoria Stable, aligned with the start of the public TradeLink Passport data. Both strategies traded with real capital before that date, but the firm has materially evolved its systematic framework since 2022 and now publishes risk-adjusted metrics from 1 January 2024 to give investors consistent, comparable figures. The track record is independently auditable via the read-only TradeLink Passport links, and Algotoria can provision read-only API keys directly to a designated third-party verification platform on request.

Can I verify performance figures independently of Algotoria-generated reports?
Yes. Two options. First — TradeLink Passport streams each strategy’s reference portfolio through a read-only exchange API, so every figure on the Performance page is reproducible from data Algotoria does not control. Second — on request, Algotoria provisions read-only API keys to the investor’s designated auditor or verification platform, giving them direct access to the full trade history and daily return series on the underlying exchange accounts. The firm can also export comprehensive trade logs on request. Together this means every published metric can be reconstructed without relying on firm-generated reports.

Why does the return shown on the exchange dashboard differ from the factsheet?
Exchanges (OKX, Binance, Bybit) use simplified return-estimation methods that do not properly account for transfers — deposits and withdrawals distort the percentage. Algotoria’s factsheets and the TradeLink Passport use the industry-standard daily Time-Weighted Return (TWR) methodology: each day’s return is computed independently, and the compounded product of all daily returns yields the period return. This mathematically eliminates the distortive effect of capital movements and accurately reflects strategy performance as if the account balance had stayed constant. Absolute dollar-denominated profit figures on the exchange dashboard remain correct; only the percentage return is affected.

What analytics tools does Algotoria provide to investors?
The primary analytics interface is the exchange itself (OKX, Binance, Bybit), which offers comprehensive P&L breakdowns, position-level detail and real-time monitoring dashboards. On top of that, the proprietary Algotoria Monitoring System tracks key portfolio metrics internally and generates alerts for the NOC and trading team. Clients access the Monitoring System via the Algotoria Telegram bot (@AlgotoriaBot) — your relationship manager enables access on your account. The bot is read-only and does not execute trades.

What does the Algotoria Telegram bot do, exactly?
Six things: (1) on-demand account status and P&L charts with selectable intervals (24h, 7d, 30d, 90d, 1y, all-time) showing current balance, profit-and-loss, and a generated chart; (2) multi-account switching for clients with more than one SMA within the same bot session; (3) quarterly reports with PnL, High Water Mark and Success Fee calculations; (4) configurable daily / weekly / monthly automated notifications; (5) account sharing — generate a shareable link to grant read-only access; (6) language support in English and Russian. Access is granted per account by your relationship manager. The bot does not provide trade execution capabilities.

How often is the data refreshed?
The factsheets and the live track-record export are refreshed monthly, dated as of the last calendar day of the previous month. Every published figure derives from the proprietary Algotoria Monitoring System, which exports each strategy’s return series hourly from the firm’s own production trading infrastructure. The chart on the Performance page reads from the same canonical CSV that drives the factsheets and the monthly investor reports, so the three surfaces never disagree. Intra-month, the independent TradeLink Passport feed continues to update in real time via read-only exchange API — the website snapshot lags only because it is published on a monthly cadence by design.
Can my auditor get raw trade history?
Yes. Algotoria can provision read-only API keys for your designated auditor or compliance counterparty, granting full trade-history access on the underlying exchange without any execution rights. Alternatively the firm exports comprehensive trade logs (CSV, including timestamps, instrument, side, size, fill price, fees and funding) on request, signed off by the operations team. Both options are spelt out in the Asset Management Agreement and require no separate fee.
